The Marketing Executive will support the overall planning, coordination and management of Wadan Developments’ marketing activities. She will work closely with the Social Media Executive, PR & Communications Executive, and Events Executive to ensure all marketing activities are aligned, organized and delivered according to agreed timelines.

Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designer in managing the day-to-day creative requirements of Wadan Developments across internal departments, external partners, marketing campaigns, social media, events, property launches and corporate communications. The role is primarily execution-focused, requiring a designer who can take approved briefs, concepts and creative direction and translate them into polished, accurate and brand-consistent visual materials. The designer will work closely with the wider Brand & Marketing team and support creative requirements coming from both internal departments and external stakeholders, while ensuring all work follows Wadan’s established premium visual identity and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical aspects of the project are delivered in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, project timelines, and budget requirements.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer with experience working in a Developer's Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials to support concept design, design development, marketing, and stakeholder presentations. Strong proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper is required for parametric modelling, façade studies, and design optimization

We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Pool Engineer to oversee the design, coordination, execution, and quality control of landscape and swimming pool works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves coordinating consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authority regulations, from concept design through construction and handover. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material quantity calculations for landscape and swimming pool works.

The Interior Designer / Architect (with expertise in Interior Design) will support Wadan Developments on the client side, coordinating interior design deliverables produced by appointed Interior Design consultants. The role ensures that approved interior design intent is delivered in line with project briefs, quality standards, budget, authority requirements, and construction feasibility from design through site execution.

The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance while coordinating closely with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and vendors.

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support our Design Team in managing and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate document control, timely distribution and tracking, proper submission and approval follow-up, and effective coordination and reporting to support the smooth delivery of project documentation.
