Qualifications: The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, with 5+ years of experience in cost and contracts management within the construction/real estate sector. Proficiency in cost management software (Oracle, SAP), Excel, and mainly FIDIC contracts is required, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Wadan Developments is hiring a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer responsible for implementing the Quality Management Plan on-site, including conducting inspections, overseeing material testing, managing defects through NCRs, and maintaining quality documentation. Ensures all construction activities meet specified quality standards and project requirements. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 5–7 years of QA/QC experience, preferably on large construction projects. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and certifications in quality management are preferred. Strong understanding of construction materials, testing procedures, and codes; experience with welding and NDT is a plus.
