We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Façade Structural Engineer with a strong background in façade contracting or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess not only solid analytical expertise, but also proven experience in developing practical, buildable, and cost-effective structural solutions that can be efficiently fabricated and installed. In this role, you will serve as the organization’s internal expert, leveraging your hands-on industry knowledge to review and validate design proposals, assess subcontractor submissions, and ensure that all projects are structurally sound, feasible, and aligned with execution requirements from the outset.

The Interior Designer / Architect (with expertise in Interior Design) will support Wadan Developments on the client side, coordinating interior design deliverables produced by appointed Interior Design consultants. The role ensures that approved interior design intent is delivered in line with project briefs, quality standards, budget, authority requirements, and construction feasibility from design through site execution.
