Excavation activities are ongoing, alongside continued capping beam works. In parallel, tie-back anchoring, installation of precast shoring panels, and dewatering infrastructure works are actively progressing, further strengthening site stability and supporting the continued progression of foundation development.

Enabling works progressing on site
Guide wall works for the secant piling system have been completed across both front and rear zones, with secant piling activities continuing to progress steadily on site. Hard pile steel cage installation, along with soft pile drilling and concrete casting, has been successfully completed within the left-side zone.
