As featured by Construction Week Middle East, OpenSpace will work alongside Wadan’s in- house construction arm, Autolink Contracting (ALC), giving teams greater visibility into site activity and easier access to project information.

Using AI-powered technology and 360-degree reality capture, OpenSpace creates a visual record of construction sites mapped directly to project plans. Teams can digitally review site conditions, track progress across various stages and identify areas requiring attention more efficiently.

The partnership extends Wadan’s technology-led approach into the construction process. Alongside smart-home features and the AI-powered Wadan App, OpenSpace supports a more connected approach from construction through to project completion.
