We are seeking a digitally fluent Social Media Executive with strong content creation experience to bring the Wadan brand voice to life across platforms. This role blends strategy with creativity, requiring a visually sharp storyteller who understands the nuances of luxury, wellness, and lifestyle narratives. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, enhancing brand equity, and curating a best-in-class digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with campaign goals and brand objectives

· Plan, write, and post daily content (images, reels, stories, carousels, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook

· Conceptualize and create visually aligned content in collaboration with the in-house creative team (designers, video editors, and photographers)

· Work closely with marketing and sales to support property launches, events, and corporate initiatives

· Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and provide insights for optimization

· Monitor trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity to ensure Wadan stays ahead in the digital luxury space

· Handle community management: respond to DMs, comments, and social inquiries in a professional, brand-aligned tone

· Ensure every asset and post reflects Wadan’s high-end aesthetics and core pillars of technology, wellness, hospitality, and exclusivity

Ideal Candidate

· 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in luxury, real estate, or lifestyle industries

· A strong understanding of platform algorithms, scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Buffer), and editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite)

· Fluent in written English with exceptional caption writing and storytelling skills

· A refined visual eye — able to brief and curate photography, reels, and design that aligns with the Wadan brand palette and tone

· Proactive, trend-aware, and detail-obsessed — with a passion for luxury branding and modern digital culture

· Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, design-first environment

Preferred Skills

· Photography or videography background is a plus

· Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

· Experience with influencer collaborations, UGC, or paid campaign coordination
