If you’ve worked with DM, DEWA, DDA, RTA, DCD, and master developers like Nakheel, Meydan, and Dubai Properties, and you're ready to play a central role in moving major construction projects forward, we want to hear from you. Your Role Handle all authority submissions and approvals. Serve as the key liaison between project teams and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with up-to-date codes, bylaws, and procedures. You Bring 7–10 years of Dubai-specific authority coordination experience. A background in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Strong communication and documentation skills. But no great project comes to life without navigating the complex landscape of government approvals, permits, and NOCs. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Senior Authority Coordinator—a seasoned professional who can confidently engage with Dubai’s regulatory ecosystem, ensuring that our projects not only comply with local regulations but move forward without delay. You’ll be the crucial link between our teams and authorities such as Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, RTA, DCD, DDA, and master developers like Nakheel, Meydan, and Dubai Properties.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full lifecycle of authority approvals and NOCs for residential, commercial, and high-rise developments.

  • Coordinating with entities such as Trakhees, DDA, Etisalat, DU, Empower, Tabreed, and others.

  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation, drawings, and applications per the latest authority guidelines.

  • Building trusted relationships with authority officials to streamline approvals and anticipate regulatory changes.

  • Acting as the single point of contact between consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies.

  • Tracking timelines, managing comments and resubmissions, and ensuring smooth handovers at each stage of the project.

Who You Are

  • A degree holder in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

  • Armed with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in authority coordination within Dubai.

  • Well-versed in UAE regulations, approval portals, and the inner workings of various authority departments.

  • A proactive communicator with excellent negotiation and multitasking skills.

  • Preferably holding a valid UAE Driving License.
