We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager fluent in both French and Arabic, with a proven track record in luxury residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and promoting Wadan’s premium property portfolio to a diverse client base, including HNWIs, investors, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales across Wadan’s residential portfolio.

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, broker databases, and referrals.

  • Conduct professional property presentations and site visits, highlighting USPs.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with project launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare contracts, payment schedules, and all required documentation for sales transactions.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the lead pipeline effectively.

  • Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and assistance with legal or financial processes.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the high-end residential sector.

  • Proven record of AED 100M+ annual sales volume.

  • Fluency in French and Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, sales documentation, and investment trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple sales leads simultaneously.
