We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager fluent in both French and Arabic, with a proven track record in luxury residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and promoting Wadan’s premium property portfolio to a diverse client base, including HNWIs, investors, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B and B2C sales across Wadan’s residential portfolio.

Identify and generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, broker databases, and referrals.

Conduct professional property presentations and site visits, highlighting USPs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with project launches and marketing campaigns.

Prepare contracts, payment schedules, and all required documentation for sales transactions.

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the lead pipeline effectively.

Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and assistance with legal or financial processes.

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and internal company policies.
Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the high-end residential sector.

Proven record of AED 100M+ annual sales volume.
- Fluency in French and Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, sales documentation, and investment trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple sales leads simultaneously.
