We’re looking for a leader with a strong operational mindset, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage large teams and complex projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee operations across multiple project sites. Ensure compliance with DM, DDA, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Trakhees, and master developer requirements. Collaborate with all departments to drive efficiency and timely project delivery. Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure safety and quality across operations. Report directly to the Managing Director with performance and progress updates. Qualifications 12–15 years in construction, with 5+ years in senior operations roles in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep knowledge of Dubai’s construction regulations, authority requirements, and best practices. You’ll oversee every moving part of our projects—from planning and execution to compliance and handover—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Mission

  • Lead the full spectrum of construction operations across multiple active sites in Dubai.

  • Ensure all projects meet the regulatory standards of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, DEWA, DCD, Trakhees, RTA, and master developers.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and department heads to deliver operational excellence.

  • Set up and continuously refine internal systems for project tracking, resource management, and process optimization.

  • Act as the central coordination hub—ensuring smooth communication between Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE, and other departments.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial KPIs to ensure projects remain profitable.

  • Champion high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery across all construction activities.

  • Report directly to the Managing Director, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and performance.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).

  • 12–15 years of hands-on construction experience, including 5+ years in senior operational leadership within the UAE.

  • Proven experience managing G+Unlimited residential and high-rise projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's regulatory environment, including authority and developer procedures.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.

  • Solid financial and contractual acumen.

  • UAE Driving License is required.
