Landscape & Pool Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Pool Engineer to oversee the design, coordination, execution, and quality control of landscape and swimming pool works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves coordinating consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authority regulations, from concept design through construction and handover. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material quantity calculations for landscape and swimming pool works.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of experience in landscape and swimming pool projects.
- Experience in design coordination, shop drawings, and site supervision
- Knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Familiarity with DM, Trakhees, DDA, and DCD regulations and approvals
- Experience managing authority submissions and approvals
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Aconex, SharePoint, and BOQ/Quantity Take-off tools.
