Key Responsibilities:

Design Coordination & Consultant Management

• Timely review and closure of interior design submissions (concept, DD, IFC, shop drawings)
• Effectiveness of coordination with Interior Design, Architectural, MEP
• Identification and resolution of design clashes, discrepancies, and scope gaps before construction
• Quality and completeness of design review comments issued to consultants
• Minimal late design changes impacting construction

Technical & Design Compliance

• Accuracy of technical review of drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Compliance of interior design with project brief, authority requirements, and development standards
• Effectiveness of value engineering support without compromising design intent

Material, Finishes & Quality Oversight

• Timely review and recommendation of interior materials, finishes, mock-ups, and samples
• Compliance of approved and installed materials with project standards
• Consistency of interior quality across units / developments

Commercial & BOQ Support

• Accuracy and completeness of interior BOQ reviews
• Identification of design changes with cost or program impact
• Support provided to commercial and project teams during cost evaluation

Construction Phase Design Support

• Timely response to design-related RFIs and site queries
• Quality of client-side review of contractor shop drawings and submittals
• Site inspections confirming compliance with approved design and materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 5–8 years of experience in interior design coordination and interior fit-out projects
• Software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, 3D max Lumion, V-Ray
