HR & Talent Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role will support the HR Manager in executing day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on BambooHR implementation, recruitment, payroll coordination, and LinkedIn hiring through corporate tools. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or development industry, and a solid understanding of UAE labor practices.

Key Responsibilities

 

HR Systems & BambooHR

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and implementation of BambooHR as the company’s central HR platform.
  • Maintain employee records, workflows, and onboarding/offboarding processes within the system.
  • Generate reports, track KPIs, and support in system training for internal teams.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes under guidance from the HR Manager, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and feedback collection.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source and engage with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking systems.

Payroll & Employee Support

  • Collect, verify, and process employee attendance and leave data in coordination with payroll providers.
  • Assist in payroll cycle preparation, reconciliation, and documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, contracts, and HR policies.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, HR policies, and internal memos.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding formalities.
  • Support compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, both digital and physical.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or development sector.
  • Hands-on experience with BambooHR is essential.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and HRIS tools.
  • Basic understanding of payroll procedures and UAE labor law.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment agency coordination and background check processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company or startup environment.
