We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us drive growth through paid advertising, social media, and performance marketing strategies. You’ll be responsible for running and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will track KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance to optimize our marketing efforts and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Paid Campaigns: Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns. Optimize for better ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

Social Media Management: Handle content calendars and post strategies for social media platforms.

Campaign Optimization: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve results.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and provide actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.

SEO & SEM Support: Assist with SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic reach and paid ad performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (design, content, sales) to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, especially with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Skills: Strong knowledge of A/B testing, campaign management, SEO, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Creativity & Analytical Thinking: Ability to create high-performing campaigns and use data to optimize and refine strategies.
