3D Visualizer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer with experience working in a Developer's Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials to support concept design, design development, marketing, and stakeholder presentations. Strong proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper is required for parametric modelling, façade studies, and design optimization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Visualization & Presentation Quality

  •       Deliver high-quality renderings, animations, and presentation materials.
  •        Ensure visual outputs align with project design intent and stakeholder expectations.

 Parametric Design & Innovation

  •       Develop design studies, façade options, and parametric solutions using Rhino and Grasshopper. 
  •       Support concept development through innovative and efficient design approaches.

 Design Support & Coordination

  •        Coordinate with architect and design teams to ensure accurate and updated 3D models.
  •        Incorporate design changes and feedback in a timely manner.

Productivity & Timely Delivery

  •         Meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  •         Maintain efficiency in model development, rendering, and presentation production.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  •        Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Visualization, Interior Design, or a related field.
  •        4 to 8 years of experience, preferably within a developer or architectural consultancy environment.
  •        Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
